IDENTIFICATION OF HUMAN NEEDS AFFECTED IN ADULT SURVIVING PEOPLE TO CARDIO RESPIRATORY STOP

Introduction: Under consideration exploratory previous it was verified that the nursing staff presents limitations to fulfil human needs in adult surviving people to Cardio Respiratory Stop, not to go aboard the components of the scientific method of the profession in the proper way. Objective: Identifying the human needs affected in adult surviving people to Cardio Respiratory Stop. Methods: An quantitative research, longitudinal and prospective, in the Hospital Aleida Fernández Chardiet, district council Güines, Mayabeque, Cuba, in a population of 112 adult surviving people to Cardio Respiratory Stop in the period January 2021 to May 2022. A guideline of related observation with the pyramid of Kalish and an individual semi-structured interview were utilised and Alfa of Cronbach calculated herself. For the analysis of the data descriptive statistics and correlation coefficient of Spearman were used. Results: The masculine sex predominated (63,39%), (M=51,43 years, DE=±10,075). The human needs affected in the dimension of survival and self-actualization prevailed (100% in each case). The 33,93% outlived the year of funny remark of the intense event (M=36,60, DE=±12,631), with 66,07 % the mortality (M=66,56, DE=±10,422). The negative and significant association between the level was in survival and age groups 50-59 (r =-0.021) and ≥ 60 (r =-0.032).Conclusions: They identified human needs affected of survival (respiration, nutrition, elimination, nutrition, temperature, rest I dream); Stimulation (moving and holding desirable body postures); Innocuousness, certainty and protection (avoiding the dangers of the surroundings); Love and possession (yielding cult according to the own faith); Esteem (getting in touch with the other people) and self-actualization (fulfilling the curiosity that produces development and health normal).
