Introduction: An intervention of cares the male nurses offers the possibility of capacitating the nursing professionals for a better professional performance in Primary Care of Salud. Objective: Analysing the effectiveness of intervention of cares male nurses to nursing professionals on Sharp Infarto of the Myocardium in Primary Care of Salud. Methods: An quantitative research of quasi experimental design without control group itself, in the Main Emergency Policlinic’s of Mayabeque, in the period January-april 2021. Universe 44 Enfermería's professionals. They were applicable: The observation, opinion poll and performance test; A pilot proof came true and was used the judgement of dab hands through the coefficient Aiken's V, just like he calculated of weighted averages and the alpha coefficient of Cronbach and the proof was used not parametric of stations with sign of Wilcoxon, for two related samples. Results: An average of weighted average of 3.0 points according to the observation that increased 3.6583 after intervention was obtained. The opinion poll threw an average stocking of 89.85 points before the training that soared to 95.78 points after her same one, whilst he got the performance test from 2.9525 points in the average weighted average before intervention and it caught 3.7340 up after once the course of overcoming was given. Conclusions: The intervention of cares male nurses to nursing professionals on Sharp Infarto of the Myocardium in Primary Care of Salud, was effective with statistical significance in the level of knowledge attained after intervention.
